Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (automotive, retail, or commission-based)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
- Follow up with leads (phone, email, internet inquiries)
- Maintain strong product knowledge across Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
