Requirements

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. or similar education in a relevant field.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience building and nurturing relationships and facilitating decision-making.
  • Interest in sales, and product evangelism, and preferably experience in this function.
  • A keen, demonstrated interest in animation, game development, robotics.
  • Strong written and spoken English.

  • Experience with sales, business development, and understanding the importance of customer centricity.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the sales cycle for inbound leads and prospects that you’ll develop locally.
  • Providing a top-notch customer experience to all leads expressing interest in Rokoko, through email, live chat, and online calls.
  • Being an expert in our software and hardware tools, hosting multiple product demonstrations a day for inbound/outbound leads, using the opportunity to qualify and up-sell/cross-sell products when relevant.
  • Running the full sales cycle and acting as a point of contact for customers until they close, giving feedback on the current sales process and helping improve it.
  • Working with the sales team to identify opportunities in existing accounts and taking a lead on up-selling to expand the lifetime value of these customers as new products are released.
  • Setting up and managing outbound email campaigns, helping lead generation across key markets.
  • Occasionally traveling for customer visits and industry conferences, where you will represent Rokoko and present our systems to local studios.
  • Actively using HubSpot, where you'll record interactions, analyze pipelines, and implement sales automation best practices.
  • Supporting group initiatives and sharing insights to help pursue overall group objectives as part of the overall commercial team.
