About The Position

As a part-time Sales Associate, known as a Product Specialist, at Skechers, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success. This entry-level retail role involves helping customers select Skechers products, supporting sales goals, handling cashier duties, and maintaining an inviting, well-organized store. The starting rate is $19.00 per hour, with a pay range of $19.00–$20.16 per hour. Employees may receive competitive pay with regular increases and discounts on Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories. Additional benefits and perks will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• Eager to deliver high-quality customer service in an entry-level retail role.
• Motivated to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Reliable and detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Enthusiastic about representing the Skechers brand with energy and urgency.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
