About The Position

The Product Specialist - Twin Screw role focuses on driving growth for Warren Twin Screw and Herringbone pump product lines across the Americas. This position involves business development, providing technical-commercial support for complex sales opportunities, coordinating with global product management, gathering market intelligence, and supporting channel partners. The specialist will work closely with regional sales teams and distributors to increase market share and ensure product success in various industries.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in pumps, rotating equipment, or industrial fluid handling equipment.
Demonstrated experience supporting technical sales or applications.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to support customers and channel partners across the Americas region.
Willingness to travel (~25–40%)

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with Screw pumps and Herringbone or Gear pumps.
Experience supporting midstream Oil and Gas pipeline applications.
Experience working with global product management teams.
Familiarity with distributor and OEM channel structures.
Application knowledge in Oil & Gas Midstream and Downstream, Chemical processing, Food & Beverage, Lube oil systems for industrial processes.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop growth opportunities for Warren Twin Screw and Herringbone pump product lines across priority industries and applications.
Support regional strategy execution aligned with global product line objectives.
Work with regional sales teams and channel partners to increase specification activity and market share.
Assist in identifying target accounts, applications, and emerging market opportunities.
Support competitive positioning and value messaging.
Provide technical-commercial support for complex opportunities.
Assist sales teams with product selection guidance and positioning.
Support proposal development for strategic or technically complex opportunities.
Deliver product training to internal teams, distributors, and customers.
Help resolve application challenges and escalate technical issues as needed.
Serve as the primary Americas liaison with Global Product Managers.
Communicate regional market requirements, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
Support introduction of new products and product updates into the Americas market.
Coordinate alignment between regional opportunities and global product strategy.
Assist with lifecycle support and product positioning updates.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and application shifts.
Provide structured feedback on regional market dynamics.
Support development of value propositions and positioning strategies.
Identify gaps in portfolio coverage and recommend improvement opportunities.
Support distributors and OEM partners with technical and commercial positioning.
Assist with onboarding and training for channel partners.
Strengthen engagement in target vertical markets.
