As a Product Specialist II, B2B, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of REP’s B2B online product experience for assigned categories or products. You will lead new product introductions (NPI), complex B2B projects (B2B Portal), and B2B site initiatives – driving timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful outcomes for commercial customers including commercial gyms, strength and conditioning facilities, military, government and first responders, education, hospitality, and corporate wellness accounts. This role operates at a higher level of ownership, defining merchandising strategy, landing page strategy, catalog/company-pricing configuration in Shopify B2B, and optimization roadmaps to improve account conversion, quote-to-order velocity, and the overall B2B customer experience.
