About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and market-savvy Product Solutions Marketing Manager focusing on the building and Construction Markets (Emphasis on Interiors) to help lead our go-to-market strategy aligning the 4 P’s of marketing— Product, Price, Place, and Promotion —with end-user needs and business objectives. This role is responsible for translating market insights into strategies that drive growth, customer success and new product development. The Product Solutions Marketing Manager will develop high-level relationships with key end-user targets, ensuring clear, confident communication of our value propositions of both new and existing product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or new product development.
  • Deep understanding of value-based marketing principles and product lifecycle strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to clearly explain complex products and concepts to varied audiences.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable leading training sessions and speaking publicly.
  • Data-driven mindset with solid business acumen.
  • Ability to meet travel requirements: at least 50%

Nice To Haves

  • Background in B2B product categories, especially those with technical or performance differentiation.
  • Experience supporting or leading new product development, product launches and go-to-market execution.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, plus Excel or analytics platforms for market analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to expert on our products, application solutions, and performance in the market.
  • Collaborate with R&D, product, and commercial teams to influence product roadmaps and new product development based on market needs and customer feedback.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, application guides, and case studies to support technical and commercial discussions.
  • Work closely with engineering to define scope and product roadmap.
  • Be the Project Leader for New Product Development.
  • Develop clear and compelling value propositions.
  • Guide pricing strategy through competitive benchmarking, market segmentation, and value-based pricing models.
  • Analyze pricing data to identify opportunities for improvement in margins or market share.
  • Support the creation of pricing tools and training to equip the sales team with clear guidance.
  • Analyze market access and distribution channel performance; identify gaps, determine best route-to-market for existing and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to ensure they are fully trained on product capabilities and value propositions.
  • Support sales in developing account plans and strategies tailored to channel-specific needs.
  • Partner with marketing communications to develop targeted campaigns, sales tools to amplify the value propositions.
  • Deliver technical and strategic presentations at industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Contribute content for thought leadership, including blogs, whitepapers, and customer success stories.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with end-users and OEMs throughout the industry.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of our product offering and market application.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new hires across sales, marketing, and technical roles.
  • Provide Sale Manager training—both virtual and in-person—on product features, application techniques, and best practices.
  • Work with marketing communications to create easy-to-digest educational content, such as FAQs, demo videos, and training decks.
