About The Position

As a Product & Solutions Architect, you design blended learning strategies for high-value B2B and B2G customers, provide consultative product expertise throughout the sales process, and contribute to the discovery, development, and delivery of scalable business products. The role is remote in the United States; the Metro NYC area is preferred but not required. You support sales by applying knowledge of General Assembly’s products, solutions, and custom-program history to address enterprise needs. You lead client discussions, help develop proposals and RFP responses, recommend solutions, and build advisory relationships with stakeholders before and after sales. You also assess program feasibility, scope, development requirements, deployment considerations, and market opportunity. You lead learning-design discussions and create engaging, outcomes-driven programs for in-person and virtual delivery. Working with content development and cross-functional teams, you help ensure solutions meet client goals, can be developed as scoped, and support margin protection. You also contribute client feedback and insights to ongoing product improvement and roadmap decisions.
