About The Position

Rosina Food Products is seeking a strategic and innovative Product & Shopper Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product innovation, retail strategy, shopper insights, and brand activation. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving retail growth, launching new products, and creating impactful shopper marketing programs that bring brands to life both in-store and online.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in CPG marketing, shopper marketing, or trade marketing
  • Experience developing successful shopper marketing programs with measurable retail results
  • Strong understanding of retail strategy, merchandising, and promotions
  • Experience partnering with sales and supporting major retail accounts
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%

Nice To Haves

  • Food manufacturing or frozen food industry experience preferred
  • Experience with retail media and digital activation is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead product positioning and go-to-market strategy for assigned categories
  • Drive commercialization efforts from concept through launch
  • Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable product strategies
  • Partner closely with R&D, culinary, and sales teams to develop winning products
  • Develop retailer-specific marketing and growth strategies
  • Own shopper marketing activation calendars and promotional plans
  • Execute merchandising, retail media, and in-store activation programs
  • Support key account planning and customer sell-in strategies
  • Lead integrated marketing programs across digital, retail media, and in-store channels
  • Manage agency partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure strong brand consistency and execution across all shopper touchpoints
  • Analyze program performance, ROI, and retail impact
  • Monitor category trends, shopper behavior, and competitive activity
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and activation strategies
