About The Position

This is a full-time, safety-sensitive position in Product Returns at the Oklahoma City (OKC) location. The role involves receiving various types of deliveries, including trucks, returns, work orders, inter-store transfers, repossessions, and mattresses. A key aspect of the job is accurately placing merchandise in the correct areas with proper tagging and labeling, and quickly gaining knowledge of the merchandise. All received merchandise must be labeled and scanned properly using scan guns to maintain accurate inventory counts. The position also includes checking daily assignments, assembling merchandise, scanning merchandise between warehouse departments, and utilizing excellent customer relations skills with both external and internal customers. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

Must be able to quickly gain knowledge of merchandise
All merchandise received must be labeled and scanned properly with scan guns to ensure an accurate inventory count
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

Receive delivery trucks, returns, work orders from the loading dock, inter-store transfers, repossessions, and mattresses
Place merchandise in proper area with the correct tag/label
Quickly gain knowledge of merchandise
Label and scan all merchandise properly with scan guns to ensure an accurate inventory count
Check daily assignments and responsibilities
Assemble merchandise
Scan merchandise from individual departments within the warehouse to other departments within the warehouse
Use excellent customer relations with both external and internal customers
Perform any other duties as directed by management
