About The Position
This is a full-time, safety-sensitive position in Oklahoma City (OKC) focused on receiving and processing returned merchandise. The role involves managing deliveries, returns, work orders, inter-store transfers, repossessions, and mattresses. Key responsibilities include accurate labeling, scanning, and inventory management of all received merchandise. The position requires excellent customer relations skills and the ability to quickly learn about various merchandise. The company promotes a drug-free and equal opportunity work environment.

Responsibilities
- Receive delivery trucks, returns, work orders from the loading dock, inter-store transfers, repossessions, and mattresses.
- Place merchandise in the proper area with the correct tag/label.
- Label and scan all merchandise properly with scan guns to ensure an accurate inventory count.
- Check daily assignments and responsibilities.
- Assemble merchandise.
- Scan merchandise from individual departments within the warehouse to other departments within the warehouse.
- Use excellent customer relations with both external and internal customers.
- Perform any other duties as directed by management.
