Product Readiness Coordinator

Kanak Naturals, LLCFort Wayne, IN

About The Position

Be the reason launches run smoothly. Every successful product launch depends on what happens before it hits production. That’s where you come in. As a Product Readiness Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone that ensures every detail—data, packaging, systems, and approvals—is accurate, aligned, and ready to go. You won’t just support launches—you’ll protect them from failure by making sure nothing moves forward incomplete or incorrect. If you’re someone who notices what others miss, thrives on organization, and takes pride in getting things exactly right, this role is built for you.

Requirements

  • Extremely detail-oriented and accuracy-driven
  • Process-focused and comfortable enforcing standards
  • Organized and confident managing multiple moving pieces
  • Clear and professional in communication
  • Willing to raise issues instead of working around them

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or product setup
  • Familiarity with item data, customer portals, or warehouse systems
  • Experience working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the Intake Process – Review new product and customer requests, ensuring nothing moves forward without complete and accurate inputs
  • Build the Foundation – Create and validate item setup data, including dimensions, configurations, and system alignment
  • Connect Systems & Partners – Set up items across customer portals, warehouses, and 3PLs while ensuring consistency everywhere
  • Execute Packaging Details – Manage carton markings and packaging requirements using approved standards (no design work—just precision)
  • Drive Approval Workflows – Coordinate artwork approvals and maintain tight version control
  • Support Planning Visibility – Help communicate forecast timing and demand outlooks to support readiness
  • Track Launch Readiness – Provide clear, real-time visibility into what’s ready, what’s not, and what’s at risk
