About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Product Quality Control Inspector and be at the forefront of ensuring excellence in our manufacturing processes. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will help us maintain the highest standards in our products. This position will train on 1st shift. Once training is complete, 2nd shift will go into effect.

Requirements

Strong technical knowledge in quality control processes and inspection techniques
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical specifications and quality standards
Sharp attention to detail and excellent analytical problem-solving skills
Proven track record in manufacturing or production environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting

Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive quality control operations at various manufacturing stages following established protocols and quality management instructions
Perform detailed product inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with corporate and customer standards
Analyze quality data and identify potential production issues before they impact final products
Implement contingency plans and suggest process improvements based on quality findings
Document and report inspection results while maintaining accurate quality control records
