Product Quality Auditor
About The Position
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Product Quality Auditor (PQA) for its facility in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. This role involves performing product quality audits of computers and manufacturing processes. The PQA will document, organize, and initiate actions for improvement opportunities identified during audits, collaborating with relevant teams to enhance products and processes. Additionally, the role includes auditing processes against the ISO 9001 standard to maintain certification and resolving manufacturing issues that arise during customer installation of computer systems.
Requirements

- Needs to be able to effectively communicate with other teams about problems that are found.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in manufacturing or technology field a plus.
- Basic knowledge in the field of electro mechanical technology is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Performs product quality audits of computers and processes in manufacturing.
- Documents, organizes, and creates actions from improvement opportunities found during audits.
- Works with relevant teams to drive improvements in products and processes.
- Audits processes via ISO 9001 standard for certification upkeep.
- Resolves manufacturing issues that arise during customer installation of computer systems that the facility ships out.
