We are looking for a detail oriented Quality Auditor who takes pride in ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, precision and customer satisfaction. This role is for our Danielson, CT location and is 2nd shift (either traditional 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. or a split shift beginning at 1:00 p.m.).

Requirements

High school diploma; technical education is a plus.
Experience in a manufacturing quality or inspection environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Experience using precision measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Play a key role in verifying that products and processes meet established quality standards.
Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, optical comparators, and other inspection tools.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.
Identify non-conforming products and support containment activities.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and attention to detail.
