About The Position

As a Product Purchaser Warehouse & Workshop, you manage your own product line and oversee the purchasing of Warehouse & Workshop items from suppliers worldwide. You will be responsible for the procurement set-up, expansion and maintenance of a commercial product range.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Proficient in Excel/Spreadsheets.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and persistent.
• Take initiative, thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and are not afraid of negotiations.
• A true team player.
• Analytical, autonomous, project-driven, and structured.
• Good knowledge of Dutch.
• Good command of French is a major advantage.
• Commercially minded, easily build connections, and possess strong communication skills.

• Experience in Warehouse & Workshop or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operating) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a specific product line including workshop machinery (welding machines, compressors, etc.), measuring equipment (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.), warehouse equipment, and tire presses.
• Manage the global supplier portfolio and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Analyze price increases, identify opportunities, and negotiate whenever necessary.
• Lead projects across various TVH branches to standardize the product range globally, involving data analysis, processing, and reporting.
• Master the product range and become a specialist in it.
• Collaborate with foreign-language colleagues from sister companies to launch new products, drive marketing campaigns, or initiate them.
• Manage and ensure that products are presented accurately and clearly to customers across various e-commerce platforms.
