Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior BA in a product-led environment.
Proven ability to produce decision-ready analysis and end-to-end prototypes.
Technically competent with the ability to partner with engineering on technical requirements.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and synthesis skills.
Proficiency with Aha!, Azure DevOps, Figma, and Miro.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

Support discovery sessions to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into defensible product recommendations.
Explicitly identify assumptions, risks, and dependencies to evaluate opportunities based on value, feasibility, and alignment.
Manage the product backlog in the system of record, ensuring items are well-defined, appropriately sized, and ready for development.
Maintain real-time documentation, capturing meeting outcomes, questions, and assumptions to provide a transparent audit trail of the product's evolution.
Own the authorship of requirements and user stories, utilizing engineering as support for technical feasibility.
Partner with engineering throughout sprint cycles to clarify intent and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Build end-to-end prototypes at different fidelities to validate concepts and facilitate stakeholder decisions.
Work independently to produce decision-ready artifacts, demonstrating the personal accountability to improve processes and deliverables without being prompted for each step.
Proactively escalate blockers or misalignment with sufficient context for rapid resolution.
