About The Position

Make an impact like never before. We're growing rapidly and are looking for a Product Owner. We're a close-knit team that has access to global resources. You'll have the opportunity to explore a wide range of industries, technologies, and geographies, all while enjoying the personal touch that our local operating approach offers. Growth at CGI is driven by your goals, so if you're looking for an inclusive place where you're empowered to chart your own path, then we'd love to meet you. We are seeking candidates living in the following states - Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Western Ohio, and Louisiana. Your future duties and responsibilities: This role is centered on supporting products and features tied to the modernization of pharmacy systems within a large, enterprise healthcare environment. The organization is making significant investments to transform legacy pharmacy platforms into a more scalable, integrated, and digital-first ecosystem — and this Product Manager will play a key role in shaping that evolution. You would be responsible for driving product strategy, defining and prioritizing features, and partnering closely with engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders to deliver modernized capabilities that improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and overall pharmacy performance. The work is highly visible and impactful, with the opportunity to influence both near-term delivery and long-term platform direction. We're looking for someone who can operate strategically while still being hands-on in execution, someone comfortable navigating complex enterprise environments, working across multiple stakeholders, and helping translate business and clinical needs into actionable product outcomes.

  • Partner closely with Scrum Masters, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient sprint planning and execution.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, driving decisions that maximize user satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Leverage data, feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for product enhancement and continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear alignment between delivery progress and business goals.
