About The Position

Innova Solutions is hiring a Product Owner for its Digital Applications & Integration Platform work in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a hybrid contract position with a duration of 12 months or more. The role focuses on supporting the development and delivery of custom web applications and digital products, translating business and customer needs into product and technical requirements, and managing products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. The Product Owner will work directly with Engineering teams and manage product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs. The role involves defining application functionality, user journeys, workflows, business rules, system interactions, and integration requirements, while understanding how web applications, APIs, integration services, data, and downstream systems interact. The position requires effective prioritization and scope decisions across multiple products or workstreams, along with strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills. The position is open only to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis; 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered. The stated pay range is $65–$67 per hour. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, software product delivery, or enterprise application development.
Experience supporting development and delivery of custom web applications or digital products.
Experience working directly with Engineering teams to translate customer and business needs into product and technical requirements.
Experience defining application functionality, user journeys, workflows, business rules, system interactions, and integration requirements.
Experience with products involving APIs, system integrations, B2B capabilities, or other technically complex workflows.
Demonstrated ability to take products or capabilities from discovery and requirements definition through implementation, launch, and continuous improvement.
Experience developing and managing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
Ability to understand interactions across web applications, APIs, integration services, data, and downstream systems without software-development expertise.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple products or workstreams and make effective prioritization and scope decisions.
Must be able to be engaged on a W-2 basis; 1099 and Corp-to-Corp arrangements are not considered.

Nice To Haves

Experience with enterprise integration or data platforms.
Experience with RESTful APIs, API-enabled applications, or B2B integrations.
Familiarity with event-driven architecture or streaming technologies.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Alight, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
