Modivcare is seeking an experienced Product Owner III to serve as the Workday Platform Administrator. This role is accountable for the backlog, outcomes, and platform administration across Modivcare’s Workday ecosystem, including Workday Accounting Center, Workday Finance (inclusive of Adaptive Planning), and Workday Human Capital Management. The Product Owner III will partner with Finance and HR leaders to translate platform strategy into an executable roadmap and prioritized backlog. This role will directly administer and configure Workday to deliver value, maintain platform integrity, and reduce operational risk. Additionally, the role will engage and manage external vendor support when internal capacity or expertise is insufficient. The position involves defining and monitoring KPIs, ensuring audit readiness and compliance, and establishing reporting visibility. It also includes stakeholder leadership, communication, and vendor engagement. Key areas of Workday ownership include: Accounting Center: accounting event mapping, transformation rules, validation frameworks, reconciliation support, and downstream posting integrity. Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning: planning models, forecasting enablement, reporting frameworks, financial process configuration, and close cycle support. Human Capital Management: core HCM administration, business process configuration, security and role administration, workforce reporting, and operational analytics.
