Although this position is primarily remote, there are occasional events and meetings that may require you to work on-site at one of our Truliant locations. Purpose of the Job The Workday Platform System Administrator is responsible for technical administration, platform oversight (including standards for security/access controls, change management, integrations, and release readiness), and configuration oversight of the credit union’s Workday platform. This role serves as the primary IT steward of Workday, ensuring the platform operates securely, efficiently, and in alignment with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements. The position partners closely with the Workday Product Owner and functional administrators in Human Resources, Finance, Organizational Development, Accounting, Purchasing, and other business units to support system configuration, maintain platform integrity, and enable new capabilities across the organization. As Workday expands to support additional functions such as vendor management, Contracts, Workday AI, and analytics, this role ensures the platform remains scalable, compliant, and well-governed.
