About The Position

This is a high-impact role where you drive the roadmap, improve HR processes at scale, and ensure our technology keeps pace with business growth across all markets. You operate at the intersection of HR, IT, and business, with full ownership from day one. We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner HR Technology to lead and evolve our global HR systems, with Workday HCM at the core. Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Product Owner in HR technology
  • Strong, hands-on Workday HCM experience
  • Experience in Agile environments
  • Strong in stakeholder management (including senior leaders)
  • Able to translate strategy into scalable system solutions
  • Data-driven and structured in prioritisation
  • Proven in driving system improvements and change adoption
  • Clear communicator across strategic, tactical, and operational levels

Nice To Haves

  • Background in international / retail / multi-site organisations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the global HR tech roadmap and backlog (Workday-driven)
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and priorities
  • Lead Workday releases, enhancements, and continuous improvements
  • Understand our user landscape: Drive simplification, standardisation, and automation of HR processes
  • Act as the key interface between HR and IT
  • Challenge stakeholders to work smarter using Workday capabilities
  • Manage external vendors, integrations, and align across tech teams
  • Ensure clear communication of system changes and impact to the business and SuperUsers
  • Guarantee system stability, data quality, and compliance
  • Improve end-to-end HR processes (hire-to-retire, absence, compensation)
  • Enable the global HR community by training and upskilling superusers
  • Ensure all markets stay aligned on releases and best practices
  • Guide and develop an application manager
  • Ensure clear ownership, strong execution, and delivery discipline
