About The Position

The Product Owner II supports the expansion of 5G network infrastructure by improving digital supply chain systems across procurement, inventory, and logistics. The role translates operational workflows and functional requirements into technical product roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and testable user stories, while standardizing processes across warehouse, finance, and engineering teams. It focuses on optimizing order latency, inventory accuracy, system performance, and integration with enterprise platforms and external partners.

The position contributes to product planning and functional design for supply chain platforms, supports data integration with BSS/OSS systems and OEM partners, and uses generative AI and machine learning tools to help draft requirements, interpret operational data, and identify potential inventory bottlenecks. Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management within Supply Chain or Logistics technology environments.
• At least 2 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP.
• At least 2 years of experience with Agile/Scrum product management and backlog refinement tools.
• At least 2 years of experience with digital workflow mapping and system integration architectures, including BSS/OSS platforms.
• Experience collaborating on supply chain digital transformation initiatives across procurement, warehouse automation, and logistics.
• Functional knowledge of ERP systems, WMS, and inventory architecture.
• Strong Agile/Scrum product ownership, user story mapping, and user acceptance testing skills.
• AI application skills for integrating automated data interpretation and predictive modeling into product planning and operational workflows.
• Professional communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Willingness to participate in at least one in-person interview.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent product management certification.
• Familiarity with the mobile device lifecycle, including OEM procurement, SIM provisioning, and IMEI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the product roadmap for procurement, inventory management, and logistics systems supporting 5G network expansion.
• Track system performance metrics and monitor automated workflows to reduce order-to-ship latency and improve inventory accuracy.
• Use generative AI and machine learning tools to streamline requirement drafting, synthesize operational data, and identify potential inventory bottlenecks.
• Translate requirements from Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering into prioritized product backlogs and testable user stories.
• Support functional design and data integration between supply chain platforms, BSS/OSS enterprise systems, and external OEM partners.
• Map physical operational processes into digital workflows and troubleshoot system performance bottlenecks.
• Present product milestones and align stakeholders across cross-functional business partners.
