As our Product Owner – ERP & WMS, you’ll play a key role in our digital transformation, acting as a central driver for new system implementations and leading upgrades to our existing enterprise platforms. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how our core systems support manufacturing, warehousing, and business operations across the organization.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a related application lifecycle role supporting enterprise systems.
Hands-on experience owning and improving production applications, within manufacturing or other regulated (cGMP) environments would be a plus.
A strong understanding of software delivery and operational support practices, including Agile, SDLC, incident, and change management.
Familiarity with ERP and WMS platforms and lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps or ITSM solutions.
The ability to use data (SQL, reports, metrics) to support analysis, prioritization, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle, backlog, and roadmap for assigned ERP and WMS applications, ensuring alignment with business goals, system stability, and compliance requirements.
Lead and support new system implementations and major upgrades to existing platforms, acting as a key resource throughout planning, delivery, and adoption.
Evaluate and prioritize enhancements by balancing value, risk, operational impact, and available delivery capacity.
Provide clear product leadership to delivery and support teams by defining outcomes, setting priorities, and making timely scope and sequencing decisions.
Partner closely with business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure solutions are supportable, sustainable, and designed for long-term success.
