About The Position

This role sits within the Product Center of Excellence and is responsible for helping the product organization run smoothly, consistently, and at scale. The Product Operations Specialist contributes across a range of operational areas including process improvement, planning support, cross-functional coordination, and tooling, with an immediate focus on tooling governance and enablement. This is a junior role with day-to-day collaboration with Product Managers and close guidance from senior members of the Product Ops team. We're looking for someone early in their career but with enough real-world exposure to contribute quickly and grow into broader ownership across the Product Ops function over time.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field
  • Exposure to product tooling in a professional setting (e.g. project tracking, analytics, or documentation tools)
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
  • Clear written communication skills - comfortable writing documentation and internal guides for a broad audience
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across teams and levels in an enterprise environment
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing ownership over time

Responsibilities

  • Support the rhythm of the product organization, contributing to planning cycles, team rituals, and cross-functional alignment efforts
  • Shape how product teams use and govern core tooling (including Jira, Amplitude, and Coda), establishing standards and best practices in partnership with IT
  • Drive tooling enablement across the product organization, onboarding team members, running training sessions, and ensuring high adoption
  • Maintain and evolve documentation and training materials that help the product team work consistently and effectively
  • Support product teams in using Amplitude to gather meaningful product insights, including setting standards for instrumentation and tracking
  • Identify and help improve operational processes that create friction or inefficiency across the product team
  • Manage and respond to day-to-day operational requests and questions from the product team
  • Support rollouts of new tools, processes, or ways of working, including testing, documentation, and change communication
  • Maintain and contribute to a centralized product operations knowledge base
