Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with PC/Server, product management, project management or other operations role is an asset
Technical skills to navigate ERP system (i.e.: SAP)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (predominantly Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive)
Ability to complete multiple tasks in parallel
Ability to quickly proofread and detect errors in formatting

Responsibilities

Serve as a key liaison between the Product Managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication across departments
Coordinate component request creation
Support vendor communications related to forecasting, product roadmaps, and technical inquiries
Maintain and update the product configurator tool to reflect current offerings and configurations
Coordinate and track product line activities, including component shipments, demo requests, and inventory purchases
Assist in Bill of Materials (BOM) management within the ERP system to maintain data integrity
Collaborate with Marketing to create and update product collaterals
Generate, publish, and maintain departmental reports, including KPIs and performance metrics for the Product Management team
Manage product nomenclatures to ensure consistency across systems and documentation
Identify root causes of operational or product-related issues and collaborate with others to implement effective solutions
