About The Position

As a Product Operations Manager, you'll bridge Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and customers to ensure complex AI data projects are delivered successfully. You'll help design scalable annotation workflows, lead enterprise implementations, shape integration strategy, and transform customer feedback into product improvements. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience managing complex technical implementations or enterprise software deployments.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand APIs, integrations, AI workflows, and modern software systems.
  • Comfortable writing SQL and leveraging AI-assisted development or coding tools to improve productivity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working directly with enterprise customers.
  • High ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive projects from ambiguity to execution.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and operational excellence.

  • Supporting AI, machine learning, data infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Background working with annotation platforms, data operations, or AI training workflows.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers and Go-to-Market teams during pre-sales engagements to scope complex AI data and annotation projects.
  • Design scalable annotation workflows and reusable templates that accelerate customer implementations.
  • Lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Configure the platform to support customer-specific workflows and deliver high-quality AI training data at scale.
  • Own technical integrations between the platform and customer systems, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
  • Translate recurring customer needs into product requirements and influence the roadmap for platform capabilities and integrations.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Build repeatable operational processes that enable the organization to scale implementations efficiently.
  • Track project health, implementation milestones, and customer success metrics.
  • Serve as the primary operational and technical point of contact throughout customer engagements.
