About The Position

Join the Bearforce as a strategic, detailed product professional who excels at driving efficient, end-to-end product creation processes. Proficient in tools like Centric PLM, Smartsheet, and Jira, you bring strong project management, analytical thinking, and cross-functional leadership to streamline workflows and deliver results. Experience with global sourcing and international collaboration is a plus. This is a 6 month temporary assignment located in Seattle, WA with regular in office presence.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, product development, or program management within consumer goods.
• Proficiency in PLM tools (e.g., Centric Software) and Project Management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira).
• Strong project management, critical thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Asian sourcing/production and international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product creation workflows, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and speed to market.
• Complete process blueprinting the end-to-end development lifecycle for seasonal product lines, including achievements, timelines, and launch readiness.
• Partner with Product Creation and Commercialization cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements and process priorities.
• Provide training and guidance to functional teams.
• Oversee Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to track product data, timelines, and dependencies.
• Support Centric PLM utilization and enhancements.
• Analyze key performance metrics and systems use to report progress to collaborators and enable enterprise dashboard reporting.
