About The Position

The Product Merchandise Assistant supports merchandising activities at a designated facility, including inventory upkeep and display maintenance. The role involves maintaining and cleaning sunglasses and fixtures, completing inventory when required, and following planogram setups. The candidate must follow strict appearance and conduct guidelines, keep stock areas neat and clean, and adapt to changing job scope based on business needs. The role also contributes to the organization’s sustainability goals and mission of improving lives by improving sight.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Follow organizational conduct guidelines and successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during daytime hours.
• Willingness to work most weekends and select holidays.
• Must have access to a computer or smartphone.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to work in all types of weather.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
