About The Position

The Part-time Coordinator/Merchandiser stocks, maintains, and monitors sunglasses and sunglass fixtures on Walt Disney World property in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The role is fully onsite and involves keeping merchandise and stock areas clean and orderly, completing inventory when required, and following planogram setups. The employee must follow Disney’s appearance and conduct guidelines, work independently without constant supervision, and work in all types of weather. The job scope may change based on business needs. This is a part-time assignment of 24–32 hours per week, with 8-hour days and an early start between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. The assignment is ongoing and may have the possibility of becoming permanent. The position is a backfill for labor relief while internal hiring approval is pending.

Requirements

Fluent English, spoken and written.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
Ability to work most weekends.
Willingness to work some holidays.
Access to a computer or smartphone.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
Ability to follow Disney’s conduct guidelines.
