About The Position

Chariot is hiring a senior, hands-on individual contributor to build and lead product and partner marketing efforts. The role aims to maximize enrollment through Chariot’s partners and maximize utilization and satisfaction among account holders. On the product side, the role owns user communications—including product updates, lifecycle emails, and in-product messaging—and contributes to how new features are named and framed. On the partner side, the role manages partner launches around enrollment goals and maintains active marketing relationships with key partners after launch. Much of this work is new and will need to be built.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in marketing, with substantive product marketing experience, ideally in B2B or technical marketing.
  • Experience working closely with product teams and developing a deep technical understanding of the products being marketed.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, including the ability to make complex topics clear and digestible.
  • High user empathy and ability to lead user forums and interviews and turn findings into actionable takeaways.
  • Analytical approach, setting a goal for each change and tracking its impact.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with marketing contacts at top partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to prototype product features for marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Run standing bi-weekly product emails, special announcements, and a monthly power user forum, and track utilization after new features ship.
  • Build action-based email communications, including a welcome series, milestone celebrations, and check-ins when usage drops; set goals for each touchpoint and track their effects.
  • Bring product marketing into decisions about how features are named, framed, and organized in the product at the planning stage.
  • Surface Chariot assets and initiatives, including DAF Day, the DAF Fundraising Report, and webinars, inside the product at appropriate times and places.
  • Manage partner go-lives with clear goals for Chariot enrollment.
  • Maintain marketing relationships with key partners after go-live and identify ongoing engagement and activation opportunities.
  • Lead external webinars with fundraising platform and DAF partners.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive healthcare, including options that are 100% covered by Chariot for the employee.
  • 18 days of PTO and 13 holidays.
  • 100% paid parental leave, including 12 weeks for primary caregivers.
  • Weekly team lunches.
  • Free dinner at the office past 8 p.m.
  • Monthly team-building events.
  • Employee-friendly equity with a two-year exercise window and double-trigger acceleration.
  • Company retreats held 2–3 times per year.
  • Matching DAFs and daily charitable giving through GoodToday.
