About The Position

Mural is an AI-native company, utilizing agentic tools for building, operating, and scaling.

Requirements

3 to 5 years in product marketing, with at least part of it at a startup where you were the whole function.
A strong writing ability, with samples of copy people actually read (landing pages, launch posts, docs, emails).
Ability to read an API reference and explain it to a CFO without losing accuracy.
Experience with AI-native tools for drafting, research, and shipping.
Native Spanish speaker (highly preferred).
Experience in fintech or infrastructure marketing (plus).
Experience in developer marketing (plus).
A point of view on where agentic commerce is going (plus).

Responsibilities

Own the copy for every surface: website, product, docs, email, social, decks, and launch posts.
Write most of the copy yourself.
Turn every shipped feature into a story, in one sentence and in one page, the day it ships.
Write the voice of Mural's agentic teammate, which is a forward-deployed teammate, not a chatbot.
Hold the voice and vocabulary across the company, defining what is said and what is never said.
Run the truth gate with Compliance, ensuring external claims pass legal review quickly.
Build the narrative for the agentic future with the founders and carry it into all communications.
Ship content in Spanish as well as English, working with the team in Latin America.
