Our interactive proposal software helps contractors build "Good-Better-Best" quotes in under 5 minutes — complete with live distributor pricing, AHRI equipment matchups, integrated financing, and dynamic upsells. When HVAC contractors fully adopt OnCall Air, they become passionate advocates — closing more jobs, selling higher-margin equipment, and transforming their businesses. We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to support the OnCall Air marketing team in telling the OnCall Air story across digital channels. This role is focused on execution — helping drive lead generation, brand visibility, and contractor engagement through content, digital, social, and field marketing. If you are detail-oriented, creative, and energized by doing the work — this role is for you. You will play an important part in how OnCall Air shows up in search, on social, at events, and across the content we put into the world.

Requirements

1–3+ years of marketing experience — B2B SaaS, vertical software, or a technology brand preferred.
Execution-focused — you take direction well, follow through, and take pride in doing the work right.
Digitally comfortable — you have a working knowledge of AI, SEO, social media, and digital content best practices.
Social-savvy — you understand what makes content perform on each platform and enjoy creating it.
Field-ready — you're comfortable traveling to events and representing the brand in person.
Organized and reliable — you can manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and keep projects moving.
A genuine curiosity for the trades and HVAC industry — you don't need to be an expert on day one, but you need to want to learn.

Responsibilities

Support the maintenance and upkeep of the OnCall Air website — updating content, managing landing pages, and keeping the site current and conversion-ready.
Help improve the site experience to support lead generation and contractor enrollment.
Work alongside design and development resources to execute website updates in a timely manner.
Support the execution of OnCall Air's SEO strategy — including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates — to grow organic search visibility.
Assist with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) efforts to help OnCall Air surface in AI-powered search results.
Contribute to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives so OnCall Air remains a credible and visible resource for HVAC contractor searches.
Write and publish blog and content pieces that support organic traffic growth, brand visibility, and contractor education.
Help maintain a consistent editorial calendar aligned with product updates, seasonal trends, and campaign priorities.
Develop content that speaks to the HVAC contractor audience in a clear, relatable, and helpful way.
Support OnCall Air's social media channels — content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across platforms.
Create content that reflects the OnCall Air brand and resonates with our contractor audience.
Monitor performance and stay current on platform trends to keep our social presence fresh and relevant.
Help plan, coordinate, and support the production of webinars that educate and engage the contractor audience.
Assist in developing webinar content and coordinating logistics across internal teams.
Support repurposing of webinar content across blog, social, and email channels.
Support event execution — coordinating materials, managing shipping logistics, and assisting with on-site setup for trade shows and industry events.
Attend events in person as needed — representing the OnCall Air brand and engaging with contractors.
Capture testimonials, contractor stories, and social content on-site at events — turning real field moments into digital assets.
Document events through photos, video, and quotes to be used across social, blog, and email channels.
