About The Position

As a member of our Product Marketing and Customer Success team, the Product Marketing Specialist helps bring Virox products to market by developing clear, accurate, and compelling product content, marketing materials, and sales enablement tools. This role supports product launches, market and competitive research, product listings, portfolio reviews, and commercialization activities across targeted markets and distribution channels. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Regulatory, and other partners, the Product Marketing Specialist ensures product information is brand-aligned, compliant, and ready for distributors, customers, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • College diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a marketing, product marketing, communications, or related role, with exposure to creative design, sales enablement, and product content development.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations, distributors, or commercial teams through the development of marketing materials, product information, or customer-facing resources.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the department and organization professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments and with cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to identify product, market, and channel synergies that support effective product management, marketing, and commercialization activities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain resilient, adaptable, and effective when working under pressure or responding to changing priorities.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support practical, creative, and commercially sound solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development of business cases, go-to-market plans, commercialization strategies, and product positioning recommendations for new and existing products.
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating product marketing materials, sales enablement tools, user guides, product sheets, and competitive comparison resources.
  • Tailoring product content and marketing materials for sellers, buyers, distributors, customers, and end users.
  • Supporting product launches, new brands, product formats, product synergies, and commercial initiatives with cross-functional partners.
  • Assisting with label content, protocols, competitive comparison charts, website content, product messaging, and distribution support materials.
  • Coordinating market and competitive research to identify customer needs, market trends, product opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Completing pricing analysis across market segments, product formats, and channels to support commercial decisions.
  • Reviewing sales data, customer feedback, market insights, and product performance information to support portfolio management and product optimization.
  • Collaborating with Regulatory and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate product labels, workplace labels, reference sheets, and related documentation.
  • Creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings across distributor and e-commerce platforms, including Amazon.
  • Partnering with Marketing to align listing copy, A+ content, imagery, brand voice, product positioning, and channel-specific messaging.
  • Conducting prototype assessments for new formats, packaging configurations, and product synergies to evaluate market fit.
  • Supporting annual end-of-life assessments to ensure the product portfolio remains relevant, accurate, and commercially viable.
  • Other duties and responsibilities, as required.
