About The Position

The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Product Marketing Specialist to join our Enterprise and Markets Product Marketing team. In this role, you will support the development, consistency, and execution of product marketing materials across the company. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, organization, and enabling go‑to‑market excellence. You will work closely with sector marketing leads, the Enterprise Marketing Lead, and cross‑functional partners in creative, events, and product teams to ensure our enterprise and market products show up with clarity, consistency, and impact. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or integrated marketing
  • Experience writing and editing content
  • Experience with marketing tools or platforms such as Workfront, Salesforce, and design tools
  • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals, such as messaging, content, and GTM
  • Ability to synthesize information clearly
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to display a self-starter mindset with a collaborative, proactive approach in a matrixed environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sector Marketing Leads to support and review market product Go to Market (GTM) Kits, templates, messaging guidance, and creative direction.
  • Ensure materials follow company standards for positioning, audience clarity, and storytelling.
  • Help gather inputs, consolidate feedback, and support updates to ensure kits remain current and actionable.
  • Lead the ongoing sustainment and communication of the Product Marketing Playbook to help define clear standards for how to promote enterprise and market level products.
  • Help document processes, best practices, templates, and guidance used across the team.
  • Coordinate input collection from cross-functional contributors and maintain version control.
  • Lead ongoing communications about standard internally
  • Provide execution support for the Enterprise Marketing Lead across strategic initiatives, including Sales Kickoff (SKO) events, marketing plan activities, product storytelling materials, and campaign preparation.
  • Help track milestones, compile updates, and support logistics for events and marketing operations.
  • Assist with content drafting, light research, and asset organization as needed.
