About The Position

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to drive awareness and adoption of Level Access as the Digital Accessibility Platform of choice for global SMB, Enterprise and Public Sectors. As a Product Marketing Specialist at Level Access, you will support the execution of product marketing programs. You will translate product capabilities into clear, buyer-oriented messaging and market-facing materials, support launches and sales enablement, contribute to market and competitive research, and develop a strong working knowledge of the company’s offerings, buyers, and go-to-market motion.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS product marketing.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, critical thinking acumen combining data and intuition to synthesize market research, competitive data, and customer insights into actionable marketing strategies that influence product direction and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Design or Developer products (i.e., develop and design tools, APIs, or platforms)
  • UI/UX or digital accessibility
  • Experience with AI-native or agentic AI offerings
  • Designing, building and leveraging AI tools in product marketing and GTM processes

Responsibilities

  • Partner with your colleagues in Product Management and Product Marketing to bring new offerings to market. Support launch planning and execution by tracking deliverables, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholder inputs.
  • Collect and organize internal and external data regarding target markets, business needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Help analyze and translate into actionable insights for product marketing, product management, and commercial teams.
  • Write competitive and market positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions for assigned products and solutions. Coordinate review and approval cycles to ensure messaging is timely and accurate.
  • Partner with Customer Marketing to collect and organize input from customers, prospects, sellers, customer success, and win/loss programs to develop and maintain high quality buyer personas, customer journey maps.
  • Partner with the Enablement Team to help create tools and training that help sales and customer-facing teams communicate value, handle objections, and improve consistency in the field.
  • Track key activity metrics, feedback, and adoption indicators for launches, content, and enablement programs.
  • Maintain templates, repositories, project trackers, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.
