About The Position

As a Product Marketing Manager in VSD Global Service, you will partner with Global Sales, Service Operations, Engineering, Finance, and regional teams to manage key service programs, support commercial execution, and help bring structured service offerings to market. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Product Marketing Manager for VSD Global Service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, service business, or commercial operations
  • Strong ability to coordinate across Cross-functional and Global Teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with both strategic and execution-focused work
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Clear and practical communication style, especially when working across global teams
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as required for business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with pricing, service offerings, or aftermarket business models preferred
  • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
  • experience in semiconductor, vacuum, industrial equipment, or global service environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the End of Service (EOS) process, including candidate identification, pipeline management, cross-functional coordination, execution tracking, and communication planning.
  • Support global service pricing execution by maintaining price lists, pricing tools, regional guidance, and standard quoting inputs in alignment with Global Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Coordinate day-to-day commercial support for regional teams, including pricing questions, quote escalations, special request triage, and clarification of service policies, while escalating strategic or customer-sensitive decisions as appropriate.
  • Create practical tools, templates, FAQs, dashboards, and automated process improvements that reduce manual effort, improve quote turnaround time, and increase consistency across regions.
  • Develop and maintain structured service offering packages, including refurbishments, trade-in programs, extended warranties, service agreements and other related programs.
  • Gather customer, field service, and competitive feedback to identify service gaps, EOS implications, standardization opportunities, and potential new offerings for internal review.
  • Support go-to-market execution by developing internal playbooks, sales enablement materials, customer-facing messaging, and rollout communications for approved service offerings.
  • Ability to take and follow directions and instructions.
  • Ability to interact with other employees, customers, suppliers, vendors, or the public, in a safe, professional, and respectful manner.
