About The Position

As a Product Marketing Manager at Pushpay, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of differentiated Go-To-Market (GTM) plans that address customer needs. You will coordinate how these GTM plans integrate with enablement assets, marketing campaigns, website updates, and other customer-facing materials. This role is crucial at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring Pushpay’s product positioning, messaging, and storytelling are clearly communicated to customers and prospects to drive growth, sales, product adoption, and customer retention in a competitive landscape. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and is a key member of the Product Marketing and Creative Production team. The position can be based in Colorado Springs or remote. You will collaborate with individuals from various functions and the marketing leadership team daily, working to help our customers—churches, parishes, and non-profit organizations—achieve their mission.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing and other marketing functions, preferably in growing and dynamic B2B SaaS companies.
  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing, business, or equivalent.
  • Highly creative with experience in leveraging templates, creative software, AI and other tools to produce high-quality customer-facing assets at scale.
  • Experience with conducting ongoing competitive research and analysis with the ability to synthesize the research into tangible findings and insights for multiple stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for gaining customer, market, and competitive insights and translating them into actionable strategies to support sales and customer success outcomes.
  • Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with leadership, product teams, sales, and support teams to achieve key outcomes and create the best experience for customers and prospects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to easily move between multiple audiences and across various teams and stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a bias towards action with exceptional comfort working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for our customers and a strong desire to market our products that bring people together by strengthening community, connection, and belonging.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Klue, or similar competitive enablement software tools, is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other Product Marketing Managers and the Marketing Team to leverage differentiated positioning and messaging, conveying a powerful story and consistently communicating product value across multiple marketing channels.
  • Support the end-to-end GTM strategy, planning, project management, and execution of new product and feature launches to ensure product value is clearly and consistently communicated through customer-facing channels, enablement assets, product demos, and more.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and the internal creative and production team to support high-impact marketing campaigns, including demand generation activities, in-product communication, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Develop compelling enablement assets in collaboration with internal stakeholders to equip sales, customer success, and marketing partners to convey product value to prospects and deliver continuous value to existing customers.
  • Lead ongoing competitive research and analysis to inform marketing positioning and strategy, develop and maintain competitive battle cards, and enhance overall competitive enablement across sales, customer success, product management, and marketing.
  • Partner with customer success and sales to identify and create effective strategies for targeted competitive campaigns and upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Act as the lead Product Marketing Manager in support of other marketing initiatives such as large events, product partnerships and integrations, and product adoption campaigns.
