Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects focused on driving organic growth goals and productivity goals, providing a spectrum of experiences to support development goals.
  • Building and deploying strategies such as a: Market study to build product growth strategy for a specific product, region, or customer segment
  • Product innovation project from idea through execution, collaborating with product management, sales, marketing, and innovation engineering
  • Customer experience capability design, enabled through targeted actions (e.g., implementing portal priorities)
  • Performing market analysis to better understand trends, forecasts, and competitor actions - using data to inform specific actions
  • Supporting continuous improvement and productivity enhancement projects at sites across the globe
