About The Position

Gainbridge, a part of Group 1001, is an innovative digital platform offering direct access to financial products designed to help clients grow their savings. Gainbridge aims to provide simple, intuitive products backed by smart technology, empowering clients to control their financial future. This Senior Product Marketing Manager role is crucial for bringing Gainbridge products to life for consumers, acting as the voice of the customer internally and the voice of Gainbridge in the market. The position requires making complex financial products feel simple, accessible, and trustworthy, sitting at the core of the consumer growth engine and collaborating with Product, Brand, Creative, and Growth teams to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across all channels.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience with a clear focus on B2C or direct-to-consumer products.
  • Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or early-stage environment requiring process building, operating with minimal structure, and quick adaptation.
  • Deep empathy for the everyday consumer and understanding of how people think about money, savings, and financial decisions.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex, regulated, or unfamiliar products into compelling consumer narratives.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing principles and how messaging connects to funnel metrics.
  • Experience developing creative briefs and collaborating with brand/creative teams.
  • Sharp writing skills with the ability to produce clean, clear copy.
  • Analytical and curious, comfortable with dashboards, A/B test results, and qualitative research.
  • Background in fintech, insurtech, banking, or personal finance is a strong plus, but the right marketer who can learn the space quickly will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging for Gainbridge's consumer product portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer motivations and anxieties around saving.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market launches, from insight generation to strategy, creative brief development, and post-launch measurement.
  • Develop deep customer understanding through qualitative research, user interviews, and behavioral data to inform messaging, onboarding, and conversion strategies.
  • Partner with Growth and Performance Marketing to build full-funnel messaging frameworks for awareness, nurture, purchase, and retention.
  • Create consumer-facing content and copy frameworks (landing pages, email sequences, explainer content, in-app messaging) to reduce friction and build trust.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams on campaigns that translate Gainbridge's mission into emotionally resonant storytelling.
  • Track funnel metrics (traffic, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, activation) and use them to iterate on messaging and channel strategy.
  • Partner with Strategy to monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to maintain Gainbridge's positioning.
