The role is for an enthusiastic and proficient Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in SaaS. The ideal candidate will design and execute high-impact marketing strategies to drive product adoption, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker capable of effectively positioning DBSync's integration platform, crafting compelling messaging, and acting as a brand ambassador at industry events. The manager will collaborate closely with sales, product, and partner teams to ensure go-to-market efforts resonate with customers and partners, and engage directly with stakeholders to highlight the unique value of DBSync's solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience of minimum 5 years in marketing, preferably within the technology or SaaS domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies and associated metrics.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in building and nurturing relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for events and in-person partner visits.
  • Prior experience in SaaS product marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lead-generating sales and marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, social media, and events, with a focus on SaaS products.
  • Actively seek and engage new partners for our partner program, using your industry connections and insights, particularly within the SaaS industry.
  • Represent DBSync at various industry events, conferences, and seminars, and be willing to visit partners and potential partners in person. Articulate the benefits of our SaaS integration solutions effectively.
  • Contribute to the company's revenue growth by developing strategies that convert leads into sales, identifying new revenue opportunities, and optimizing marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
