About The Position

Cira Apps is a SaaS company building solutions that enhance Microsoft 365 productivity for iPhone and Android business users. Our flagship product, CiraSync, helps more than 12,000 companies drive measurable productivity gains and cost savings across the enterprise by automating contact and calendar management. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to bridge Product and Marketing, turning what we build into clear positioning, compelling stories, and go-to-market execution that drives growth. As CiraSync’s first dedicated product marketer, you’ll define how we bring our platform to market. This is a high-ownership role for someone who moves fast, takes initiative, and knows how to turn product into messaging that resonates. This is an active, open, full-time position.

Requirements

3–5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
Proven experience launching a product or major feature to market
Strong writing and storytelling skills (this role is content-heavy)
Experience creating product messaging, GTM assets, and sales enablement materials
Portfolio required (must include examples of a product you’ve taken to market)
Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, remote environment
Ability to take ownership and execute without direction

Responsibilities

Develop clear, differentiated messaging that translates product capabilities into business value
Own go-to-market strategy and execution for product and platform launches
Create high-impact assets (sales decks, demo scripts, blogs, and social content)
Build enablement materials like one-pagers, battlecards, and objection guides
Partner closely with Product and Demand Gen to align messaging and campaigns
Conduct customer interviews, competitive research, and win/loss analysis
Continuously refine messaging based on data, feedback, and performance
