Our client is an established and growing technology company undergoing an exciting period of transformation. They are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to execute go-to-market initiatives that connect product innovation with customer needs. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will work across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering to develop positioning, support launches, build sales enablement resources, and gather customer insights that influence future product and go-to-market strategies. This is a hybrid role working three days on site in downtown Toronto. As the new Product Marketing Manager, you will step into a role with breadth, ownership, and influence. Rather than focusing solely on launches or messaging, you will work across the full product marketing lifecycle - partnering with Product as new features are developed, translating technical capabilities into compelling customer value, enabling Sales with the right tools and insights, and ensuring customer feedback helps shape future product decisions. Your work will not end at launch; you will help define how products are understood, adopted, and evolved. You will be joining a collaborative team that values curiosity, initiative, and thoughtful execution over simply following a playbook. You will have the opportunity to build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, bringing together different perspectives to create successful go-to-market strategies.
