The Product Marketing Manager, Bask Bank will work closely with the Bask Bank team to develop proactive marketing strategies, campaigns, and go-to-market plans that drive customer acquisition, engagement, deposit growth, and retention for Texas Capital’s digital banking platform. This role requires strong experience in fintech, digital banking, B2C marketing, and data-driven growth. The ideal candidate understands how to market digital financial products to consumers across the full funnel, from awareness and consideration through conversion, onboarding, engagement, and retention. This individual will partner closely with product, digital, analytics, brand, content, marketing technology, and performance marketing teams to create campaigns, messaging, and customer experiences that support Bask Bank’s growth objectives. The role also requires a strong ability to translate customer insights, product features, competitive dynamics, and performance data into clear marketing strategies and executive-ready recommendations.
