About The Position

The Product Marketing Manager, Secure Commerce is responsible for developing and executing the commercialization strategy for the Secure Commerce portfolio, including InsureShield®, Parcel Pro® Secure Commerce solutions. This role serves as the strategic connective point between product capabilities, customer needs, market opportunities, and revenue growth objectives. The position owns market segmentation, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) development, buyer persona strategy, value proposition creation, competitive positioning, and commercialization planning to ensure Secure Commerce solutions are aligned to the right customers, the right opportunities, and the right growth strategies. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations, this role translates product features and capabilities into differentiated market strategies that drive adoption, market penetration, customer value, and revenue growth. Success in this role will be measured through portfolio growth, commercialization effectiveness, market penetration, customer adoption, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution.

Requirements
