About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives that drive guest engagement, sales growth, and brand awareness. This role will play a key part in bringing new menu items, promotions, loyalty programs, and digital offerings to market while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or a related role.
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new menu launches, limited-time offers, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Culinary, Digital, and Leadership teams to ensure successful product launches and campaign execution.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight reviews to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Create marketing briefs and oversee campaign development across digital, social media, email, SMS, in-store, and third-party delivery channels.
• Support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty program strategies through targeted marketing efforts.
• Monitor campaign performance, sales results, and customer engagement metrics, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies or vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials and guest-facing communications.
