$136,408 - $214,355

About The Position

At Sword, we’re building AI to heal billions and unlock humanity’s full potential. In doing so, we’re pioneering AI Care, a fundamentally new approach to healthcare built for medical reasoning, safety, and real-time treatment, not generic technology applied after the fact. As both a clinical-centric frontier AI lab and an applied AI platform, Sword is reimagining how care is delivered at scale, removing traditional barriers like appointments, waiting rooms, and stigma so more people can access the care they need—and ultimately get back to lives lived in full. Since 2020, Sword has expanded across physical therapy, women’s health, cardiometabolic, and mental health, and is now moving beyond the session to a fully AI-native, 24/7 care program that brings physical activity, therapeutic exercise, psychotherapy, nutrition, and behavior change into one connected experience. More than 700,000 members across three continents have completed over 10 million AI sessions, helping 1,000+ enterprise clients avoid more than $1 billion in unnecessary healthcare costs. Backed by 42 clinical studies, 44+ patents, and more than $500 million raised from leading investors including Khosla Ventures, General Catalyst, and Founders Fund, Sword is defining a new standard for healthcare. AI Proficiency at Sword AI fluency is a core expectation at Sword. Every candidate is assessed against our three-level framework — be ready to share real examples of how AI is already part of how you work. Explorer (Level 1) — Uses AI daily to boost personal productivity Builder (Level 2) — Creates workflows and tools that elevate the whole team Integrator (Level 3) — Embeds AI into products and processes at scale Every hire must demonstrate at least Level 1. The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role. Role We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and execution-minded Product Marketing Lead to help build, define, and scale the future of AI Care within the Enterprise market. There has truly never been a better time to be a product marketer at Sword. We are actively launching category-defining products, expanding our platform capabilities, and redefining how care is delivered to millions of people. In this role, you will be the primary GTM strategist and storytelling engine for our Enterprise business, taking a breakthrough AI platform narrative and turning it into hyper-resonant, high-converting commercial realities for benefit leaders and HR executives. Why this role is unique You aren't just selling software or a wellness benefit; you are establishing a brand-new category in corporate healthcare and technology. You will be the connective tissue between our General Managers (our resident product experts), Commercial leaders, and Marketing execution teams. This is a high-impact, hands-on IC role designed for a PMM who wants to step on the career gas pedal. You will partner directly with GMs to package our expanding platform, craft crisp ROI and clinical value propositions for complex enterprise buying committees, and launch end-to-end campaigns that drive massive market adoption. If you want to put your name on a category-defining brand while shipping high-leverage GTM work every single week, this is your sandbox.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience, with a track record of launching new products, crafting compelling narratives, and driving enterprise GTM activation.
  • Proven experience marketing into complex B2B environments, ideally selling enterprise health benefits, digital health, HR tech, or complex SaaS to HR/Benefits executives.
  • Exceptional ability to take complex, cutting-edge technology and translate it into clear, simple, human, and high-converting value propositions for enterprise buyers.
  • A proven bias for action. You love taking enterprise campaigns from napkin sketch to market launch, measuring success by pipeline impact, deal velocity, and win rates.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and clarity to work alongside high-powered GMs, Product Managers, and Commercial leaders.
  • You can step back to look at macro enterprise category positioning, but you get equally excited about getting into the weeds to build a killer pitch deck or test a new messaging angle.
  • You don't just market AI, you use it. You actively leverage modern AI tools to accelerate audience research, draft and test messaging variants, analyze deal intelligence, and scale your content output without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

  • Partner hand-in-hand with General Managers to translate product capabilities into compelling packages built for employer segments.
  • Take our overarching AI Care story and turn it into clear product tiers, bundles, and enterprise-grade solution offerings tailored to employer buying dynamics.
  • Map the enterprise buying committee and translate those insights into actionable sales plays, champion-building kits, persona-specific pitch tracks, and deal-level objection handlers that help reps navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Build sharp, differentiation-focused messaging that clearly articulates the ROI, clinical efficacy, and employee engagement of Sword’s AI Care platform.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and refine positioning across enterprise digital channels, employer pitch meetings, and pilot campaigns based on real-time deal feedback.
  • Own the production of Enterprise GTM assets end-to-end, from executive pitch decks, ROI models, case studies, and buyer playbooks.
  • Conceptualize, launch, and manage integrated product and audience campaigns end-to-end, driving everything from new feature drops to targeted push campaigns during key open enrollment and renewal cycles.
  • Equip the Enterprise Commercial team with value props, sales plays, and pitch materials needed to win deals faster and at higher contract values.
  • Work across Demand Gen, Brand, Events, and GMs to build orchestrated GTM pushes that build pipeline and cement our leadership in the employer market.

Benefits

  • Total Compensation Range $136,408—$214,355 USD
  • Country-specific benefits may vary and will be detailed separately.
