About The Position

Nordhealth is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to establish and lead global product marketing across its portfolio. This role is crucial for driving growth by ensuring the right value proposition is developed for the right customer, effectively brought to market, and drives adoption and expansion. The Product Marketing Lead will define how the company articulates product value across different Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), customer segments, and markets, as well as manage packaging, monetization, go-to-market, and distribution strategies. The role involves working with both existing and new products to strengthen market position and identify expansion opportunities. It requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, including defining segmentation frameworks, interviewing customers, shaping packaging decisions, building business cases for new markets, and improving product adoption with local teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Product Strategy, or a closely related role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong track record of influencing growth through positioning, pricing, packaging, GTM, distribution, and product-led initiatives.
  • Experience owning positioning and value propositions for products serving multiple ICPs, customer segments, or markets.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, ICP development, pricing, packaging, monetization, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience operating in competitive B2B environments.
  • Experience working across multiple markets, ideally in Europe, with an understanding of variations in customer needs, willingness-to-pay, regulation, competition, and buying behavior.
  • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with product and commercial data, conducting research, building business cases, and connecting insight to action.
  • Strong customer orientation, with experience using qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer behavior.
  • Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and regional teams without relying on formal authority.
  • Clear and structured communicator who can simplify complexity, make recommendations, and align teams.
  • Extreme ownership and comfort operating in a high-velocity environment, moving between strategy and execution.
  • A hands-on approach: comfortable setting strategy, conducting customer interviews, writing messaging, analyzing adoption data, developing pricing recommendations, or working through launch details.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, vertical SaaS, or regulated industries.
  • Experience taking existing products into new customer segments or geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product marketing across the portfolio, establishing frameworks, priorities, and ways of working that connect Product strategy with customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions across products, translating capabilities into clear and differentiated propositions for different ICPs, customer segments, use cases, and markets.
  • Develop and maintain segmentation and ICP frameworks to understand target audiences, problems solved, and areas of competitive advantage.
  • Own packaging and bundling strategy, defining how capabilities and products are structured across plans and customer segments to reduce friction and create clear paths for adoption and expansion.
  • Co-own pricing and monetization decisions, collaborating with Product, Finance, Revenue, and regional teams on willingness-to-pay, competitive dynamics, monetization frameworks, pricing changes, and business cases.
  • Define go-to-market and distribution strategies for new and existing products, determining the most effective audiences, channels, motions, and lifecycle touchpoints to drive adoption.
  • Lead major GTM initiatives, including new product launches and pricing/packaging changes, encompassing messaging, enablement, rollout planning, internal alignment, and post-launch measurement.
  • Drive product adoption and expansion by identifying and removing barriers to customer discovery, activation, adoption, or expansion.
  • Translate customer and market insights into action by combining customer research, win/loss analysis, product usage, competitive intelligence, and commercial feedback to refine propositions and go-to-market approaches.
  • Partner with regional teams to understand local market dynamics (competitive positioning, willingness-to-pay, regulation, purchasing behavior, customer needs) while maintaining a coherent global strategy.
  • Identify and support expansion into new markets and geographies by assessing organic growth potential and determining necessary changes in positioning, packaging, pricing, product, and distribution.
  • Build competitive positioning and market intelligence to help teams understand product strengths, weaknesses, and market response strategies.
  • Enable Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams with narratives, messaging, competitive insights, and materials for effective selling, onboarding, and customer growth.
  • Partner with Product leadership to integrate customer, market, and commercial context into product strategy and prioritize opportunities based on customer value and growth potential.
  • Track performance and iterate by measuring the impact of product marketing initiatives across acquisition, activation, adoption, expansion, retention, and churn.
