You are a product marketing professional with foundational experience supporting positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution in a B2B or SaaS environment. You bring clarity to complexity. You’re comfortable translating product functionality into compelling customer value. You care about precision, consistency, and delivering polished work that enables revenue teams to perform at their best. You’re excited to deepen your expertise in product marketing while working under the guidance of an experienced Director and collaborating across Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market support, B2B marketing, or a related marketing function
  • Demonstrated ability to translate product functionality into clear, customer-facing value
  • Organized and able to manage multiple workstreams with deadlines
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer Success
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize feedback and competitive insights into clear messaging
  • Ownership mentality—someone who takes initiative and follows through

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to SaaS or multi-product software environments
  • Familiarity with positioning frameworks or competitive analysis
  • Experience supporting product launches or structured go-to-market initiatives
  • Experience or interest in the K–12 education market

Responsibilities

  • Translate product updates into customer-facing messaging and enablement materials
  • Develop and maintain sales one-pagers, feature briefs, and competitive battlecards
  • Support launch communications and internal documentation
  • Maintain consistency across grade-band messaging within one unified platform narrative
  • Updating messaging frameworks as features evolve
  • Supporting persona documentation and use-case clarity
  • Assisting in competitive research and differentiation summaries
  • Incorporating field feedback into messaging improvements
  • Develop and refresh enablement materials
  • Support internal training sessions tied to product launches
  • Maintain organized, accessible content in enablement systems
  • Create FAQ and objection-handling documentation
