About The Position

The Product Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the execution and maintenance of Westwood's marketing materials and content management processes. This role is responsible for coordinating monthly and quarterly marketing production updates, ensuring materials remain accurate, compliant, and up to date. Working closely with Compliance, Distribution, and other business partners, the associate supports product launches, marketing campaigns, content management initiatives, and quality control processes. The role also provides operational support to the broader Marketing Services team through cross-training, special projects, and ongoing process improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsorship is available.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar field
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of fundamental investment principles, concepts, and terminology
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills; Excellent at prioritizing, using time effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to adapt to changes in the work environment and flexible with competing demands.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Able to work in a very fast paced environment with substantial/demanding workload.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher) required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update monthly and quarterly marketing materials for Westwood's Distribution team, including presentations, fact sheets, commentaries, and other client-facing collateral.
  • Coordinate updates to holdings, performance, disclosures, and other recurring content elements.
  • Work with internal business partners to resolve production issues and ensure materials are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain approved marketing materials within Seismic and support ongoing content management initiatives.
  • Coordinate review and approval workflows with Compliance and maintain organized archives of approved marketing materials and supporting content.
  • Assist with CRM support, marketing reporting, and other team initiatives.
  • Support process improvement efforts through the use of analytics, AI, automation tools, and operational best practices.
  • Participate in cross-training activities to provide backup coverage across Marketing Services functions.
  • Support special projects and assist the team with departmental priorities and workload demands as needed.
