About The Position

Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, the Product Manager will be responsible for working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, and leading individual and group discussions to elicit, analyze, specify, manage, and confidently understand problems and effectively deliver quality solutions for our clients. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Working with internal and external stakeholders to understand the problems we want to help our clients solve. Delivering quality solutions that solve those problems. Acting as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of product benefits and capabilities.

Requirements

  • A degree, diploma, certification, or equivalent in accounting, finance, or computer science
  • 3-5 years of experience working with enterprise software
  • Proven ability to extract information from interviews, documents, test data, and hands-on work to understand underlying problems
  • Demonstrated analytical, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative thinker with a growth mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of projects
  • Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision and/or strict deadlines on multiple projects
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Willingness to be coached, mentored, and driven to reach your fullest potential
  • Experience demonstrating Multiview’s core values

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a software product manager is an asset
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial management
  • Multiview Financial product or other ERP software experience
  • 3-5 years post-degree in a back-end business environment

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain a broad understanding of Multiview’s offerings, clients, and market to support product development and client engagement efforts
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, software implementers, client support and other internal stakeholders to enhance our shared understanding of our clients’ needs and deliver solutions that will empower our users
  • Describe problems experienced by users and potential users in a way that inspires people to solve them
  • Develop well-defined documents, including use cases, and requirements, to clearly communicate user pain points
  • Conduct user research to validate requirements and solutions
  • Drive our vision and product strategy across the organization, delivering on departmental and organizational goals
  • Be the product subject matter expert within Multiview, inspiring confidence in our product capabilities and roadmap
  • Contribute to and review documentation and go-to-market materials
  • Actively participate in continually improving processes and team initiatives
  • Demonstrate Multiview’s core values, building and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients
